These General Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) govern bookings for yoga events, classes and retreats offered by YogaFuerteventura. By completing a booking you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these GTC.

2. Booking Process

Bookings are made online via the Amelia booking system. A booking is confirmed once you receive the confirmation message on-screen and/or by email. You must provide accurate contact details and accept the Privacy & Cookie Policy & GTC.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at the time of booking or on-site before the session starts. Accepted methods are those shown in the booking form.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Direct bookings

Bookings made directly through our website are confirmed upon receipt of payment and are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the participant.

Because our experiences have limited capacity and are scheduled for a specific date and time, once a booking has been confirmed, that place is reserved exclusively for the participant and may not be possible to resell if cancelled.

Participants who are unable to attend are therefore not entitled to a refund for cancellations or no-shows.

As a courtesy, the organizer may, at its discretion and subject to availability, offer a change of date or transfer of the booking to another participant. Such changes are not guaranteed and may be subject to the availability of the requested experience.

Cancellation or changes by the organizer

If the organizer must cancel an experience for reasons including, but not limited to, unsafe weather conditions, instructor illness, operational circumstances or other circumstances that make the activity impossible or unsafe to carry out, the participant will be offered the choice of:

  • a free rebooking for another available date; or
  • a full refund of the amount paid for the affected booking.

If the organizer makes a substantial change to the experience, the participant may request a rebooking or a full refund.

5. Changes by Organizer

For safety or operational reasons (e.g., weather at outdoor locations, instructor illness), the organizer may change time, location, or instructor. You will be informed as early as possible. In case of substantial changes, you may request a refund or rebooking.

6. Health & Safety

You participate at your own risk. Please inform the instructor before the session of any health conditions, injuries or pregnancy. Follow instructions and choose modifications appropriate for your level. Outdoor sessions may involve uneven terrain, sand, wind and varying temperatures—bring adequate clothing and water.

7. Capacity & Attendance

Each event has a limited capacity. Your place is guaranteed only after completing the booking. The organizer may refuse participation if you arrive late beyond the warm-up or if safety rules are not followed.

8. Photos & Media

Photos or short video clips may be taken during events for documentation and marketing. If you do not wish to appear, please inform the instructor beforehand; we will respect your choice.

9. Liability

The organizer is not liable for personal injuries or property loss except in cases of gross negligence or intent under applicable law. You are responsible for your own belongings during outdoor sessions.

10. Weather & Outdoor Locations

For sunrise or beach sessions, meeting points and start times may change according to local conditions (wind, tide, swell). Updates are communicated via email/SMS/WhatsApp using the contact details provided in your booking.

11. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy & Cookie Policy. Booking data (name, email, phone) is used to manage your attendance and notifications.

12. Minors

Participation by minors requires consent of a parent or legal guardian and may be restricted depending on the event level.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Updates

We may update these GTC from time to time.
