Sessions are held outdoors in Corralejo and nearby areas. The exact meeting point will be sent by email after booking.
Photos are included only in our Special Silent Yoga Experiences. They are not included in regular Sunrise Yoga classes.

Our sessions are inspired by Swásthya Yôga, a modern and structured method that rescues techniques from pre-classical Yoga and integrates movement, breathing, relaxation and meditation into one complete practice.
Rather than focusing only on physical postures, the experience combines conscious movement, breathing techniques, deep relaxation and meditation to help regulate the nervous system, improve body awareness and cultivate inner presence.
In the Silent Experiences, this method is adapted to be accessible and welcoming for everyone.
